Q: What is the MOQ for buttons,rivets,and metal plate?

Normally the MOQ for jeans buttons is 5000sets per design, for jeans rivets10000sets per design, and 5000sets for the metal plate with extra mould charges for new moulds

Q: Can I put my logo on jeans buttons and rivets and all other trims?

We can customize any designs, but we charge mould cost for new moulds. Usually, the mould cost for zamak is USD48.00 and USD15.80 for brass. For orders of more than 20,000 pcs per design for button and metal plate, or 40,000 pcs for rivet，there is no need to pay mould cost.

Q: Do you have chemical-free standard products?

We have the OEKE-TEX certificate to give better confidence to our EURO clients. Also, our products can pass the nickel-free and lead-free test by SGS lab and INTERTEK lab.

Q: What will be the delivery time for the orders?

Usually the delivery date is based on the order quantity. It takes around 10-15 days for regular order quantity. And if your order is huge, such as over 1 million sets, it takes around 25-30 days.

Q: What will be the payment terms and payment method?

30% of the total value as deposit for production, and the balance amount to be paid before delivery against the final invoice and packing list. We can accept US dollars to our company account, or you can pay Mexican pesos or Colombian pesos via the local payment link we send you. For small amounts, we can also accept Western Union or PayPal.

Q: What is the shipping method and how to arrange the delivery?

The production can be shipped by air or by sea, depending on different requirements. The clients can nominate a logistics agent for the pick-up, or we can use our regular agent to handle the delivery. Shipping term can be EXW, FOB, CNF as agreed before production.
